To apply for service from the Gallatin Department of Electricity, you must be prepared to present TWO forms of identification:
• One must be State or Government Issued (Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Voter’s Registration Card, etc.)
• One must include a photograph (Driver’s License, State ID Card, Passport, Military ID, etc.)
